정기용 건축사는 1996년부터 10여년 동안 무주 공공건축 프로젝트를 진행하며, 무주군청, 등나무운동장, 무주시장 등 30여개에 이르는 건축을 설계했다. 이 다큐멘터리는 대한민국에서도 유래를 찾아볼 수 없는 무주군과 정기용 건축사와의 공공건축 프로젝트의 결과물을 기록하는 영상 프로젝트의 시작으로 옛 서창향토박물관에 대해 이야기한다.

In Jecheon, South Korea, there's a vocational high school for multicultural youth, where about 70% of students were born overseas. This documentary follows three students—Moses, Yushin, and Shakhzoda—as they navigate life as teenage immigrants in Korea, facing challenges with language, family, and visa status while pursuing their dreams.

An upstairs couple visits their downstairs neighbor because of noise. When they request the downstairs neighbor to turn down the noise, the downstairs neighbor rejects. As they continue talking, unable to find a compromise, the downstairs neighbors start to show strange behaviors.
